2. Non-Refundable Charges

Service fees for administrative tasks, customs clearance, documentation, and booking confirmations are generally non-refundable once the process has commenced. Charges paid to carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties are non-refundable once paid.

3. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued in the following cases:If the shipment is canceled by the client before any service has been rendered or before booking confirmation, a full refund of the paid amount may be granted, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.If we fail to provide the agreed services due to our fault or negligence, a full or partial refund may be issued proportionally to the affected service.If the shipment is lost or damaged due to our proven negligence and insurance does not cover the loss, a refund may be considered.

4. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days. from the date of the issue or service failure. The request should include relevant documentation such as booking confirmation, invoices, and proof of payment. We reserve the right to investigate the claim and request additional information.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after verification. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No interest or compensation will be paid on refunded amounts.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure events, carrier actions, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Partial shipments or services already rendered are not eligible for full refunds.
